Guest Speakers Highlight:

Katie Thornton

Katie is a self-proclaimed extrovert with high energy and a love for being around people. This love for people comes in handy as a mom of 7, because she’s truly never alone. Katie is a resident of Ringgold, VA and wife to Jason Thornton. Their kids Tyler, Sierra, Dean, Emma, Christopher, Alena, and Tait keep life busy and interesting.

Life has not always been rainbows and sunshine for Katie but she has a way of overcoming obstacles and making a comeback time and time again in spite of the adversities. Her genuine smile and transparency about life is communicated through her love of sharing the story of God’s grace and mercy. Through her story of trauma recovery there is a resounding message of healing and ultimate love, the kind of love that can only be in Jesus.

Katie’s passions include her love for Christ, her love for family, and her desire to always keep her sisters and friends laughing and smiling.
