Eric Anderson - Lead Pastor

Eric Anderson is the Executive Director of Mission 615 and the has been Pastor of our Whitehouse location for 2 years . He is married to Mendy Anderson, and has three children: Mercy, Jax, and Mallie. Eric was called into ministry 13 years ago on a mission trip to India. Since then, Eric has served on staff at FWO and Compassion Church from 2006 until now; back in 2009 God called him to share the Gospel in the streets thus starting Mission 615. Eric is most passionate about people from all backgrounds coming into a relationship with Christ and knowing him more . 

Austin Liverance - Worship Director

Austin Liverance has been the worship director at White House sense 2015. He has had the opportunity to go on tours with country music artists, and work in studios in Nashville. But he feels that God has given him a gift for music to use it for Gods glory.

Cara Huffstuttler - Kids Director

Cristian Soto - Student Director

Cristian Soto is married to Kayla and has 3 children. He is a Christian hip hop rapper that loves the Lord. He served at Lily of the Valley as assistant Pastor for 4 years and is excited to see what the Lord is going to do.

Cindy Roddy - Connections Director

Cindy Roddy attended one of Compassion's largest events, Eggstravaganza, five years ago. She immediately felt overwhelmed with love and compassion and knew she had to be a part somehow. Her passion is to provide the same inviting and welcoming experience not only to the lost that have never heard the name of Jesus, but also to those who know Jesus and are still unsure of living a life completely devoted to Him. Cindy is the  Resource Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant of the Mission 615 team. There she continues to share the love of Jesus to underprivileged children and the homeless of Nashville.

Hobbies: Spending time being the mother of 2 and grandmother of 2 and a daughter looking after her father.
